Refund Eligibility:

Items Eligible for Refund:
- Damaged Items: If the items you received are damaged, please contact us immediately. Provide clear photos of the damaged items and packaging.
- Mistaken Items: If you received items different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly. We will arrange for the correct items to be sent to you or issue a refund.
How to Initiate a Refund:

- Provide your order number, a detailed explanation of the issue, and clear photos if the items are damaged.
- Our team will review your request and provide instructions on the next steps.
Items Not Eligible for Refund:
– Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
– Items returned without prior communication with our customer support team.
Exchange Policy:
– Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of receiving the items.
– Customers are responsible for covering the shipping fees associated with exchanges.
Refund Process and Deductions:
– If your refund request is accepted, we will refund 80% of your order total amount.
– The remaining 20% is allocated for logistics taxes and country taxes.
Refund and Exchange Process:
– Once your refund request is approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
– Exchanges will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected.
– Please allow 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account or for the exchanged items to be shipped.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
